The Government of Pakistan has authorized IBCC to attest Certificates/Diplomas at Secondary and Higher Secondary levels awarded by any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education and Board of Technical Education in Pakistan. IBCC also attests Diplomas/Certificate of Foreign Qualification provided these have already been equated into respective Pakistani qualifications by IBCC.
